New Store Policy
As small business owners, each and every customer is very important to us. Losing an appointment can greatly affect our business. Please understand that when sudden cancellations or reschedules happen, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. We are requesting everyone to inform us of cancellations or reschedules at least two days prior to their appointment. Any appointment missed, rescheduled, or cancelled without the two day notice will result in a deposit requirement for their next appointment with an additional $30 charge (which has to be made in person, not on the phone). We understand that your time is valuable and ours is too. Thank you for your consideration.
